Thanks for the very informative training yesterday. I really had no idea of the role of a Contact Officer and now have a much clearer understanding of it. I feel confident that if someone wants to seek my advice I can help them decide which action they want to take and be a support to them. Stephen was great and I certainly felt that I could ask questions which would be answered in a way I understood and felt really comfortable there.
